What happens if checkout is canceled or expires?

Vestay releases the pending reservation hold when checkout is canceled or expires, so the dates can return to availability once the payment flow is no longer active.

How are refunds tracked?

Refund terms should be confirmed in the listing or support policy. When a refund is processed through Stripe, Vestay keeps the reservation, payment, charge, and fee refund records connected for reconciliation.

What stay types can I search?
